Principal's Message

Welcome to Gladstone Views Primary School’s website. Whether you are already a member of our school community, a family wishing to enrol at Gladstone Views Primary, or browsing out of curiosity,

A very warm welcome from me, the very proud Principal of Gladstone Views Primary school. Whether you are a current or perspective community member of Gladstone Views Primary School, here everyone is welcomed to be happy, learn, grow and be connected to our school.

We are proud of our values of Respect, Safety, Kindness and being continual Learners.  It is an expectation as community that we embrace these values and live these in our everyday lives.

At Gladstone Views Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that our students have an opportunity to participate in a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment. Our students experience variety, and success through the diversity of our programs, the enthusiasm of our staff and the support of our wider school community.

We are dedicated to a whole school wellbeing approach with School Wide Positive Behaviour Support framework which underpins several research based strategies and connections to services which support the positive health and wellbeing of our students, staff and community to ensure a positive, calm, climate for learning.

We are focused on student learning growth through excellence in learning and well-being driven by knowing your children as learners and underpinned by The Framework for Improving Student Outcomes (FISO 2.0). Our teachers work in collaborative professional learning communities of Foundation, 1/2, 3/4 and 5/6 to provide engaging and challenging curriculum tailored to the learning needs of all our students. The school offers The Arts, Digital Technology, Science, LOTE (Italian) and P.E as our specialist subjects. Other programs include Perceptual Motor Program and Social Emotional Learning. We also offer lunch time clubs in areas of student passion to keep our students engaged and happy at lunch times. Our students also engage in Junior School Council as an avenue of student voice to their education. We offer onsite Before and After Care services and breakfast club run by the school.

We are extremely proud of our dedicated and invested community here at Gladstone Views Primary School. Here we are all connected and are passionate about the school being the best that it can be. Here we have community events each term to celebrate learning and for our community to feel connected. We offer parent and carer classroom helper opportunities and welcome and are blessed by our community volunteers who support our school.

I am delighted to be the principal of Gladstone Views Primary School and would like to extend an invitation to prospective families to visit the school so that they can receive more detailed information about the innovative, supportive and individualised programs that the school offers as well as experience firsthand the caring community atmosphere that exists at the school.
